Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. dry pasta (cooked to package directions)
  • 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes (drained if packed in oil)
  • 3/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dry oregano (or 1 tbsp. fresh, chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
