Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice (+ more to taste if desired)
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt (+ more to taste if desired)
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder (+ more to taste if desired)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth (+ more if needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth, adjusting with liquid for consistency. Also tasting to adjust spices to your liking.
