  • 1 slice whole grain bread (toasted)
  • 2 tbsp. hummus
  • 1/2 medium avocado (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp. shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp. black beans
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley (I used flat leaf / Italian parsley)
