Vegan Peanut Sauce Recipe

This vegan peanut sauce does triple duty as a dip, salad dressing or sauce for stir fry and other skillet meals!

That’s right, you only need adjust the amount of water for your intended use. Not bad for one little sauce recipe! I use this all the time, it’s one of my staple salad dressings. I actually have grown to crave salads because of this dressing. Pretty much any vegetable you can throw at this will taste good dipped or sauted in this stuff. It’s wonderful and flavorful and all of the things you want in a multipurpose sauce.

It travels pretty well too. Pack a bunch of veggies and bring a small container of this sauce along for dip or try it in a Thai recipe that calls for peanut sauce. Either way, it’s good, whole-food food. Particularly if you get a good quality white miso paste.

Any way you enjoy it, it’ll be one of those staple recipes you’ll always want to keep on hand.
