Vegan Breakfast Pizza Recipe

This vegan breakfast pizza is a delicious, quick and easy breakfast that will get you out the door fast first thing in the morning!

I’ve been doing a lot of breakfast recipes lately, but for good reason. Breakfast, for me, has been the hardest meal of the day for me since going vegan. I just cannot seem to wrap my brain around what breakfast should look like as a vegan. I blame it on years and years of having eggs for breakfast.

Vegan Breakfast Pizza Recipe

I found these whole grain pita breads at Trader Joe’s, but any pita bread will do. And now that I mention it, any nut butter or fruit will do here too! Basically, whatever you have handy will work here. It’s pretty darn versatile! Plus, it gets you out the door quick in the morning. Can’t argue with that!
